West Orange considers raising tobacco age of sale to 21, licensing e-cigarette retailers (TapintoWestOrange.com, Chris Harewood and Joe Ricci)

On March 22, 2016 the West Orange Township Council passed on 1st reading its ordinances to increase the age to 21 to be sold tobacco and e-cigarettes, and to require a license if a retailer sells electronic smoking devices and related product.  TapintoWestOrange’s March 24, 2016 story provides background on the ordinances, including GASP serving as an educational resource provider to the community.
