The SandPaper reported on July 3, 2014 about the health and environmental benefits of the NJ bill A1080/S1772 that passed the Senate and Assembly to make all state, county and local parks, recreational areas and beaches smokefree, and allows local and county towns to designate up to 15% of their beaches (only beaches) as smoking permitted, if they pass a policy to do so.
