NY City Council proposed ordinance to restrict access to tobacco products

The NYC City Council is considering ordinances that restrict the marketing of tobacco products, possibly including electronic smoking devices. Hearings were held in Spring 2013 and discussion of the proposed ordinances are expected to be heard by the Council’s health committee or full Council in the near future. Read the proposed ordinance.
