Montclair passes ordinance making parks 100% smokefree (1 Earned Media, 2 Unearned Media)

On April 29, the Montclair Township Mayor and Council passed an ordinance that makes all municipal parks and recreational areas 100% smokefree, as well as outdoor municipal property that surrounds three municipal buildings, including the Township Hall.
