Highland Parks NJ Adopts 21 Age of Sale for Tobacco Products Including Electronic Smoking Devices

On April 16, 2015 Highland Park’s mayor and council voted for an ordinance that increases the age from 19 to 21, to be sold tobacco and electronic smoking devices.
