Bogota N.J. considers smokefree parks (Bogota Bulletin, Reporter Mark Krulish)

On February 19, Bogota’s City Councilwoman Diane Fede requested that the council move forward with an ordinance that makes all municipal parks smokefree. 

Global Advisors on Smokefree Policy initiated a discussion with Councilwoman Fede at a prior council meeting when GASP served as an education resource provider on a separate ordinance that increased the age of tobacco sales to 21.
