Bloomingdale Council enacting outdoor smoking ban (Deborah Walsh, NorthJersey.com)

On September 20, 2016, the Bloomingdale Mayor and Council will enact an ordinance that makes the local parks and rec areas smokefree, plus a 25 foot outdoor smokefree buffer zone by municipal buildings. Officials thought that a local ordinance was in place, but when they realized that was not the case, they decided to move forward.
