Ban smoking with kids in the car in N.J.: Editorial

Read a Star Ledger editorial about New Jersey following the lead of seven other states who already have a law in place to ban smoking in cars carrying children. The Editorial Board starts out by stating, “Nearly 90 percent of Americans would ban smoking in cars with children 13 and younger” and concludes, “Adults have a right to smoke in their own vehicles. But when children are present, the freedom to fill a car with smoke should take a back seat.”
