On November 16, 2015, the Record (of Bergen County) published its editorial in support of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) proposed regulations to make all public housing authority buildings, including all private units, 100% smokefree, along with a 25 foot smokefree buffer zone around the building.
