Senator Turner Proposes Legislation to Prohibit The Advertising of Products to Minors on Websites Including Cigarettes

Senator Shirley Turner (D-Trenton) has proposed a bill would prohibit the advertising of dangers products to minors on websites. These products range from items such as cigarettes, guns, alcohol, drug paraphernalia, and tattooing. A similar law recently passed in California and takes effect Jan. 1, 2015.
