CVS goes tobacco-free 1 month ahead of schedule

On September 3, 2014 CVS Health (formerly CVS Caremark) announced it will stop selling tobacco products, including electronic smoking devices, as of today, which is one month earlier than scheduled. Today also marks the date that the company changes its corporate name to CVS Health. Read the CVS Health press release, and the Associated Press story.
