Long Island State Senator introduces ban on liquids used in e-cigarettes in NY state (Newsday)

State Senator Kemp Hannon (R-Garden City) introduced legislation that would ban the sale of e-liquids, the fluids popularly used in e-cigarettes, in New York State. Senator Hannon drafted this legislation after researching the concerns related to the nicotine levels in the liquids used by the unregulated devices. More can be read in the Newsday article.
