On February 22, 2016 Assembly bill A893 to make all city, county and state parks and rec areas smokefree, passed the Assembly Tourism and Gaming Committee. The Asbury Park Press questions why Governor Christie vetoed a similar bill on September 11, 2014. GASP is quoted in the story.
