United Kingdom rail systems ban use of electronic cigarettes (Independent UK)

In August 2013, UK Rail companies announced a complete ban on passengers using e-cigarettes on trains and anywhere inside stations.  In May 2013, First Capital Connect, a commuter train in the London metro area banned the use of e-cigarettes on its trains. Since 2009, NJ has banned the use of electronic smoking devices in all public places and workplaces, including NJ Transit trains.
