Roselle Park Cigar Lounge allows smoking without a License (Roselle Park News, Saul Qersdyn)

On October 15, 2015, Roselle Park News reported that Roselle Park cigar store, Cacique Cigars, does not have the correct permit to allow smoking on the premises, resulting in a violation of the Smoke Free Air Act, as per the Westfield Regional Health Department which conducted a random Tobacco Age of Sale Enforcement Inspection (TASE) and witnessed the violation.
The Westfield health department is resolving the issue with the retailer.
