Princeton: New rule requires sellers of e-cigarettes to be licensed (Philip Sean Curran, centraljersey.com)

Any Princeton business that sells e-cigarettes must obtain licensure each year as part of new regulations the municipal board of health recently approved. The license and registration costs $1,200, and was put in place to enforce local and federal regulations. The license ordinance will go into effect on January 21, 2017.Princeton also has legislation in place that only allows tobacco and vape products to adults 21 and over.

GASP’s Executive Director was an education source in this article, stating that Princeton is the first town in Mercer County to have such a requirement.
