NY state law on 100 feet smoker buffer zone by after school programs (Post Star)

On August 13, 2015 NY State Governor Cuomo signed into law a bill that bans smoking within 100 feet of school entrances, exits or outrdoor areas of public and private schools when after-school programs are occurring.  Residents within 100 feet are exempted.
