NY Senator Rivera proposes 100 ft smokefree zone by libraries (Riverdale Press, Will Speros)

On March 10, NY State Senator Gustavo Rivera and Bronx Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz introduced a bill to ban smoking within 100 feet of a private or public library entrance or exit. Seniors and children visit the libraries, noted the policymakers.
