NY State Bans Sale of Liquid Nicotine to Minors, Requires Child Tamper-Proof Containers

On December 29, 2014 New York State Gov. Cuomo signed into law a bill that bans the sale of liquid nicotine to minors, and requires such liquid be sold in child tamper-proof containers. The bill was sponsored by New York City Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal, and read her press release.
