NJ Seeks Chewing Tobacco Ban in Schools

Posted on

Assemblyman Scott Rumana (R-Wayne) has sponsored a bill to ban the use of smokeless tobacco products at all K-12 public schools in New Jersey. Though a majority of schools in NJ already have a policy banning smokeless tobacco, this would ensure that all schools ban these dangerous products.
