On November 13, 2014 Newark’s Mayor Ras J. Baraka signed into law the city’s 100% smokefree parks ordinance. The press conference for the signing was held at Kassberger Field, and GASP Executive Director Karen Blumenfeld, Esq. was invited to share remarks.
