New York Joins E-Cigarette Regulation Push as Cuomo Backs Bans

New York Governor Cuomo’s $141.6 billion proposed budget would ban electronic smoking devices from restaurants, offices and anywhere else where cigarette use is already prohibited. It would also block the sale of flavored e-cigarette solutions and advertisements targeted at children.
