New Hampshire bill introduced to revise the indoor smoking act.

Senate Bill 105 was introduced in January in the New Hampshire Senate which would revise the indoor smoking act to include electronic devices. The bill would prohibit smoking of all combustible tobacco products and/or electronic nicotine delivery systems in enclosed workplaces and enclosed places accessible to the public, regardless of whether publicly or privately owned.
