Millville Housing Authority set to ban smoking

The Millville Housing Authority is set to ban smoking in all of its properties. The ban, which housing authority officials said has been encouraged by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, would benefit the MHA by saving insurance and maintenance costs.
