Massachusetts Town Weighs Nation’s 1st Tobacco Ban

The Associated Press reports that on Wednesday November 12, the Westminster Board of Health in Massachusetts will hear public comment on a proposed regulation that could make the town the first municipality in the United States to ban sales of all tobacco products within town lines.
