Jersey City hookah lounge’s food license suspended for illegal smoking

The Hudson County View reported on February 27, 2015 that the Jersey City health department temporarily suspended the retail food license of Abbey’s Pub & Grill in Jersey City, for allegedly unlawful hookah smoking inside.
