by New Jersey GASP:
Three
months the implementation of the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air
Act, a patron, who asked guards and their supervisor to enforce
the law was told "get the (expletive) out of here".
Casinos still had not posted signs, required by law, to indicate
that non-gambling areas were smoking prohibited. Ashtrays
were still provided in the smoking prohibited areas. Many
patrons were still smoking in the smoking prohibited areas
and casino staff members were not enforcing the law.
