ban news to many at casinos

Summary,
by New Jersey GASP:
A week
after the implementation of the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air
Act, casinos had not posted signs, required by law, to indicate
that non-gambling areas were smoking prohibited. Ashtrays
were provided in the smoking prohibited areas. Many patrons
were smoking in the smoking prohibited areas and casino staff
members were not enforcing the law.
