Hillsdale proposed tobacco 21 ordinance (Wyckoff Patch, Daniel Hubbard)

On October 22, 2015 the Wyckoff Patch reported that the City Council is prepared to vote through an ordinance on November 10, 2015 to require that 21 be the age that a retailer can sell tobacco and e-cigarettes to a person in town. State law requires a minimum age of 19 to be sold product. 12 towns in New Jersey require age 21.
