Westfield Board of Health’s newly reinstated tobacco age of sale program (TASE) conducts compliance checks of vendors who sell tobacco and e-cigarettes. In August, TASE checks uncovered that two Westfield establishments — Harmon and Stop & Shop — sold tobacco products, which includes e-cigarettes, to minors.
