Fort Lee, NJ Smoking Banned at Outdoor Restaurants

TheCigarAuthority.com reported on Fort Lee’s decision to ban smoking at outdoor restaurants and cafes. The new ordinance requires business post no smoking signs and violators are subject to a fine. The first offense is a minimum of $250, a second offense is $500 and subsequent offenses are $1,000.
