F.D.A. Orders 4 Bidi Cigarette Brands Removed From Shelves (The New York Times)

The Food and Drug Administration ordered four Sutra brand tobacco products removed from the U.S. market because manufacturer, Jash International, failed to provide ingredient information. This is reported to be the first time the agency has done so since being given the legal authority in 2009. Read a New York Times news article.
