E-Cig Bill called a ‘Trojan Horse’

On July 22, 2013, The Columbus Dispatch reported that the House Bill 144 is a tobacco-industry bill that is ensuring that all electronic cigarette products as well other alternative nicotine products remain being taxed at lower rates than the traditional cigarettes. It is also being used to skirt the indoor smoking ban.
