Drew University Senior Kathleen O’Neill wins 2nd place at NJ DEP Mapping Contest

Congratulations to Drew University senior Kathleen O’Neill for winning second place in the “Best Software Integration” category, at the 28th Annual NJ DEP Mapping Contest on April 16, 2015.
Kathleen interned at GASP for her Fall 2014 semester, which provided her access to data on smokefree multi-unit housing and parks throughout NJ that she integrated into her GIS project for her contest submission entitled “Using GIS to Promote Smokefree Homes and Smokefree Parks for Healthier Communities.”
