Ohio’s Horseshoe Casino Cleveland opened on May 14, 2012 and is 100% smokefree, as required by law. Owner Dan Gilbert “said he can’t stand smoking and thinks the Horseshoe will be a huge draw for people who feel the same.” The casino is a joint venture with Rock Ohio Caesars, and Caesars Entertainment is training and coaching the employees at the new casino.
