Berkley Raises Smoking Age to 21 (PR Newswire, Henry Philofsky)

On January 27, 2016 PR Newswire reported that the Berkeley, California City Council voted to raise the age to 21 to be sold tobacco, electronic smoking devices and related products like e-liquids. Berkeley is now one of over 110 municipalities nationwide to do this. Berkley is know to be a leader in many public health areas and wanted to limit access to tobacco products for their youth.
