Phillipsburg NJ to do 100% smokefree parks

On September 16, 2014 The City Council of Phillipsburg, New Jersey is poised to introduce an ordinance that would make all municipal park and rec areas 100% smoke-free. Note that in February 2013, GASP Executive Director Karen Blumenfeld and coalition partners presented educational information to the Council on the benefits of 100% smoke-free parks.
